SET(O) as PBS Dependant financial proof and more

Dear Gurus!

I am currently on PBS Dependant visa and trying to apply for ILR next month using SET(O) in 2 year route as I was advised by one of your amazing gurus here. My husband has been getting so much helps from you guys. Super thanks in advance.

However, I have several questions using SET(O).

My current situation:
South Korea Passport, *PBS dependant visa, Full-time employee
*my husband granted ILR at the same time when I extended my PBS dependant visa

My dependant visa history:
First granted: Feb, 2012, entry clearance as Tier 1 (general) Partner
Extended: April, 2013, as PBS dependant which is valid until next month

My questions below:

1. I want to double make sure that the main applicant of using this form is myself but not my husband (I don't have any dependants applying together with me).
I am a little confused by some of the previous posts here as I found some people also provided their husband(or wife)'s photographs, passports, payslips and some other extra documents which are NOT stated/requested in the SET(O).

2. A little bit in the line with the first question, do I need to provide my husband's passports/resident permit card and his other documents as well?

3. what's the specific amount of money and documents I need to provide as the evidence of my finances
There is no amount specified in the SET(O) unlike SET(M).
There is no documents specified in the SET(O) as PBS Dependant (there are specific documents mentioned for other applicants, such as Work permit holder, Tier 1 (General) migrant, Investor and so on BUT NOT PBS dependant)

Should I go under '12T Other purposes or reasons not covered by other forms' in the SET(O)?

4. If I should go under category 12T, what documents do I need?
Do I also need my husband's payslips and bank statements as well? (we have joint account anyway)

5. How many months of the evidence I need? It says at least 3 months. Is 3 months will be enough or more?

Just simply, if I am (PBS dependant) the main applicant is for SET(O) and if so, what the maintenance requirements and what documents I need to provide as proof. Both the form and guidance do not specify that for PBS dependants.

It would be much helpful if some can give me some ideas!!
