HSMP approval letter --- EC Maintenance requirements

I am from pakistan I have just got my HSMP approval. I am just wondering few things before i apply for EC.

1 I am married and I want to apply with my wife as well. What doc would i need to make my application?

2. For the maintenance funds requirement. I have one account in the UK, which qualify me for maintenance requirement but i think the bank statement would take more then 7 days to be recivced by me in Lahore, Pakistan. Should I use this bank statment?

3. I have a joint account with my brother in Pakistan which holds around 2400. Is it acceptable?

4. Can I use multiple bank accounts. Because I have arround 3000 pounds in another personal account as well?

5. Can I use my business bank account?

1. Documents for EC:

- All documents sent for HSMP
- Job offer letter (if any), job search results otherwise
- Accomodation proof (hotel reservation etc)
- Marriage Certificate and its certified translations
- TB Certificates
- Marriage photos
- Photocopy of ID card
- Fee (29000 Rs each)
- 1 photograph
- Maintainence fund: atleast last 3 bank statements (preferable to have more than 3 months , lets say 6 months)

2. I also had to face the same problem. The solution is very simple. Authorize someone (your friend) in the UK to collect the latest bank statement from the bank and send to you by DHL (wont take more than 3 days time). You can easily meet this 7 days requirement

3. 4. 5 you can add as many bank accounts as you want. But to keep it simple, if just one account meet the requirement i.e. 4400 GBP in your case, its sufficient.

It depends on the local BHC's requirements. Some require only evidence of maintenance funds, along with evidence of your relationship. Other BHCs require everything that was sent with your HSMP application. First, check your local BHC's website for guidance. If that doesnt work, contact them directly and ask.
