ok
Where are your instructions?
How could you do the application without viewing the instructions?
The address is listed in the guidance instructions.
Chances are if you didn't read the guidance instructions, you are setting yourself up for being rejected anyway. There are some KEY details often overlooked by applicants who don’t follow instructions and wonder why they are rejected.
Save yourself some unnecessary hassle and read the instructions before you send your application.
Applications should be submitted to:
Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)
PO Box 551
Home Office
Doncaster
South Yorkshire
DN1 1XU
Good luck

In the guidance (published in April 12) it says:
Applications sent by Courier
35. If you wish, you may send your application by courier. If you wish to use a courier please contact the HSMP Team on 0114 259 1894 or the WP (UK) Customer Relations Team on 0114 259 4074.
36. Applications delivered by courier must arrive during normal business hours (8.30am to 4.30pm on weekdays). Acceptance of the form after these hours cannot be guaranteed.
37. If your application is sent by courier to our Moorfoot address it cannot be accepted. This will delay the processing of your application.
Besides, courier doesnt access a PO box...
Any ideas?

Well i know of a number of people who sent to that address via UPS, FEDEx and never had a problem with the address.
To my understanding, the "PO Box" in an internal mail box number not managed by Royal Mail.. but by the Home Office internal mail staff.
I dont claim to know everthing.. just based on my experiences.

I've sent an e-mail to
wpcustomers@ind.homeoffice.gsi.gov.uk asking for the right address to send my fresh application (HSMP under 2 by courier service, and the gave me the following:
Highly Skilled Migrants Programme
Home Office, IND
Heavens Walk
Doncaster Carr
Doncaster
South Yorkshire (England)
DN1 1XU
So it's confirmed, that's the right address to send applications by courier.

Highly Skilled Migrants Programme
Home Office, IND
Heavens Walk
Doncaster Carr
Doncaster
South Yorkshire (England)
DN1 1XU
that what name and phone I need to indicate?

Why don´t you try to send by another courier service? I've sent by FEDEX and it reached. And they never asked for phone numbers.
Anyway, I guess you could give the phone numbers listed on the guidance.
0114 259 1894
0114 259 4074
