Hello ...............
I m a law gradute, having 5 years expirence. now i am applying

1. What should i present with a marriage certificate, if i dont have any joint statments, or joint utality bills ?
2. I did my master in Political Science , as private candidate (not regular student) , would i be able to get points on my master degree ?
3. Would it be sufficient to sent notorised photo copies of my degrees?
4. How can i evaluate my degrees with UK qualification standard?
5. From where i can get the appropriate format of expirence certificate?
6. Do i need TOFOL or IELTS, to prove my proficiency in English, if not what can i present instead of this. My native language is not Enlish but the medium of instruction in our universities is English.

Looking for your reply

to best of my knowledge:
1. What should i present with a marriage certificate, if i dont have any joint statments, or joint utality bills ?
There is a long list of documents in the guidelines that are acceptable to HO. If you dont have joint statements, there must be some correspondance addressed to your wife on the same address.

2. I did my master in Political Science , as private candidate (not regular student) , would i be able to get points on my master degree ?
It doesnt matter as long as you studied at a recognised Univesity and yrs of total education say 18 yrs will be considered as Masters in UK system if you are from a developing country
3. Would it be sufficient to sent notorised photo copies of my degrees?
Notorized are acceptable but to be on safe side send most of the doc in original

4. How can i evaluate my degrees with UK qualification standard?
if you are not sure the standing of your institute, you need to get NARIC certification. Check on NARIC website. But its not a requirement.

5. From where i can get the appropriate format of expirence certificate?
I will post it separately

Do i need TOFOL or IELTS, to prove my proficiency in English, if not what can i present instead of this. My native language is not Enlish but the medium of instruction in our universities is English.
A letter from the university u attended will suffice as a proof of lang. proficiency

Good luck
