ACS - RPL - Information Technology Manager DOCS

Has anybody approached ACS for getting the RPL for the below status.

ASCO 1224-11 Information Technology Manager.

I am also looking at having PASA ( Pre Application Skills Assesment done ) by DIMA ( Department of iimigration and multiculatural Affairs.)

Have no idea how all this works. Hope some body throws light on the same or can atleast send some format how projects have to be submitted.
