Dear Mods and Experts,

For referee declaration can you advise if the below is ok

Referee 1 - My accountant ( British citizen )

Refree 2 - Non British ( do they need to have any profession despite being 21 years and over )

Use your current address. Or a future address you are moving to shortly.
Note that all correspondence is now via email
The address your GP hold is irrelevant for the application.
The full instructions:
"For an adult application, one referee should be a person of any nationality who has professional standing, eg minister of religion, civil servant, or a member of a professional body e.g. accountant or solicitor (who is not representing you with this application).

For all applications, the second referee must normally be the holder of a British citizen passport and either a professional person or over the age of 25. "
This is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.
Please do not send me private messages asking for advice.

Dear Mods and Experts,

I need little assitance with app form, could you please advise and assist

1) Your previous visa - Do you have a previous visa, entry clearance or leave to remain where you had to prove your knowledge of English?
Do i need to mentioned yes as i have only used my IELTS UKVI for my initial tier 1 visa and used my expired IELTS in both extension and ILR stage

2)Non-applying dependantsDo you have any dependants not applying with you at this time?
Should i mention yes or no as both my wife and son have ILR recently now and its just me goning to apply for naturisation

3)How does the referee know the applicant?
Both of them are my professional friends so shall i mention friend in both the referee
Referee 1 - British citizen residing in UK and he was my client who i got admission to study in UK and he is good friend of mine

Referee 2 - Non British and occupation is Regional Manager at a Unviersity, shall i mention as friend for him too as he is related to me by my business which Im director of

3) Have you made any previous UK immigration applications in the UK or abroad?(Required)This includes applications for asylum in the UK.
Do i have to mention all my UK visa applications or just mention about my Tier 1 Initial visa, Tier 1 Extension and ILR

4) When did you first arrive in the UK?
Do i need to mention my fist date of entry as a Tier 1 E which i entered 6 years ago

5) if you do not meet the statutory requirements to become a British citizen, are there any special circumstances why you think the Home Secretary should still grant your application?
Is there anything i need to add here

6) Are you currently employed?
Im director of the company, im not on payroll, what shall I mention, Yes or No for this

Your support and advise is highly appreciated
