Is it possible for an Afghan national with a temporary visa in Pakistan to apply for a spouse visa after marrying a British national please?

If so, is it harder than for a Pakistani national?

What difficulties do we need to be aware of please?

Your nationality and place of residence has nothing to do with how you're treated when applying for a spouse visa. Application for spouse visa is almost same across board. Except for minor differences in requirements like language.
