I searched but couldn't find a satisfactory answer. Is it true that if home office is informed about marriage break down while the the person on a spouse visa is outside the UK, they couldn't enter the UK on spouse visa anymore??
Or would they still get 60days to switch visa and could travel back to try switching visa or making the sponser's life hell?
