How about your payslips ? If they are origianl payslips your are fine ?
Since your last payslip would essentially contain most of the info that contains in your P60 .

It is desirable but not essential that you have to provide a P60 for your ILR. Like Tech said your wage slip for end of March should give you your total pay for the year. send one of those along with other docs that are required.

Hi 9588,

There may be a possibility that your local tax office might be able to help you with this. Maybe you can try this route.

You do not need P60 if you are WP holder. You need only last 3 months bank statements and pay slips, copy of all your WP, letter from your employer and life in uk test pass certificate. I found WP holder sometime were asked P60 by case worker only when apply in person. Apply by Post.

In the HO site, the duration is 6 months. People who are applying now, takes i think only 2 months for SET(O) 5 years application.

Applications received after April 6 were asked to submit evidence for last 5 years. It used to be 3 months but not anymore. If you send only 3 months, you are going to get letter asking evidence for 5 years. Internal guidance has changed in last 2 months and they got a new check list.

If you can get employer reference letter for the period stating dates and salary, you can give it a go and it may work.

Salary slips and bank statements should also work.

Else contact your tax office (should be on payslip), they will ask your surname, firstname, DOB, they will send a letter confirming income

Hope this helps.

Can you point us to a link to this updated internal guidance list or let us know the contents if they're not published? The published ones on UKBA don't look like they've been updated for some time.
