One can only imagine how difficult it will be to get a mortgage if caps on extensions are introduced... It will be very difficult to find a job (who wants to employ a person with very uncertain prospects for extension?), let alone get mortgage.pkumar wrote:very unlikely .... 3-4 months is earliest i would say.
Why we are only looking at the possibility of getting jobs? Tier 1 holders can be self employed as well as can start a business.
