Marriage Visa - Benefits Issue

Hi friends,
I am planning to apply for certificate of approval shortly as I am in UK and subject to immigration control. My would-be wife is British and is divorced to her previous husband but she has a daughter who is handicapped and so claims benefits. We live together in her house.

Now that I will be marrying her, will I face any problems in obtaining Husband visa as UKBA says "There should be adequate accommodation for both the couple and any dependants without the need for public funds."

Please advice me, thanks in advance.
