My spouse current dependent visa is about to expire on next month 30 APR 2011. I am not sure on how late i can apply for his dependent tier migrant visa.

I want apply late as by that time i will be able to maintain the funds for 3 months.

Any time up until 23:59 hours on 30-Apr-11.
