Tier 1 Dependent Visa refusal (appeal)

Hi all,

Can anyone please confirm following things asap.

1) Can the appeal form be submitted in person at High commission or one has to send it by post or fax only?

2) If you submit it in person do we get any receipt of your appeal form (IAFT-2 form)?
