Tier 1 extension earnings questions?

HI All,

While filling for Tier 1 General extension Can I show my India Earnings (Flat Rent which is owned by me) as a part of income (Income x Pound value / 5.3 ).

I have all the necessary documents to prove it.

1. Official Registered agreement with rent amount / tenant & my
Information mentioned in it.
2. Rent deposited each month in my bank account by tenant.
3. IT returns proving that I declare the income from rent.

As per law minimum 25000 pounds should be earned in UK and rest can be earned anywhere , well I am earning well above 25K in UK

Have you read the guidance notes? I remember reading something in there, the idea being it should be earnings through your employment / self-employment as a skilled person not "passive income" e.g. bank account interest.

Read the guidance - it clearly states what is and what isn't allowed and unless you are in the business of renting out properties, it is not allowed. It is explicitly stated in the guidance.
