Hi,
I have some query
can any friend plz help me.
All of you guys most welcome.
My friend applied for tier 1 general.
Applied=04/04/2011 Via post
bio done=05/05/2011 by post office
since he waiting for result. can any one plz sugges how long does it take to come out it's nearly 4 month now.
everything submitted very well.
there is one prob.HO send letter to his client for varification but unfortunately they did n't reply.
Any specefiq time after sending letter to client for vari..
give result?
is there any problem will be happen?
is application they will refuse? or reject?
if it is any aappeal chance?
any chance to win appeal?
He is completely worried abt all this thing.
any one have idea how long they will take to give the reasult?

your 'friend' should contact his client or employer and make sure they reply to UKBA request, be proactive else be prepared to wait longer or even get rejected

unfortunately his client alrady relocated.thts why unable to do so.

what date his client were contacted by UKBA?

Mine were successfully contacted on 13th of June but since then no reply.
