EEA2 question

Post by pilot » Thu Nov 03, 2011 9:40 pm

Hello
i plan to apply next week for RC
but
my husband has worked only for two weeks, so he is now again unemployed.
is two pay slips (one for every week) enough proof that he is/was exercising treaty rights? should i send a form? i know that even as a jobseeker he is exc.treaty rights but is two weeks enough as some better proof that they like to see :) he will countinue to seek for job.
our circumstances:
- ariived in the Uk 1,5month a go
- i am unemployed
should we put more money on joint bank account, obviosly his half of sallary is not enough to cover our expences?
Thank you in advance

What are his chances of finding new employment? While it might not be strictly necessary in every case, it would be far simpler if he were working in some capacity before applying.

thank you for reply
he is actively looking for a new job. so you think that it would be susspicious if i give pay checks only for two week? a month is desirable period?

as you still have a valid eea fp, you do not have to hurry up for your residency card , wait untill your husband gets a job, then apply ..it is safer...
