Tier 2(General) Settlement

My current situation

Tier 2 (Post Study Work) – Nov 2008 till Nov 2010 (2 years – Does not count towards settlement)

Tier 2 (General- Company sponsored) – Nov 2010 till Nov 2013 (3 years)
Tier 2 (General- Company sponsored) – Nov 2013 till Nov 2016 (3 years)

My plan is to apply for settlement on the Nov 2015 (5 years) instead of 28 days before Nov 2016.

Would this be possible for current immigration status/situation?

Please advice.

You may apply for settlement as and when you qualify for it.
