3rd Party Support Question(Specific Case)

hi all,
I want to use 3rd party support in my spouse visa application,my wife(sponsor) will have 1 payslip and 1 bank statement by the time i will apply for spouse visa as she started working a few days ago.

my cousin who has applied for his ILR a few weeks ago, makes 44k annualy and saves 150 pounds per week. he has told me that he will support me financially if he is allowed to do that.can he do that for me?

also my wife's cousin who is british citizen,has a big house and wife is staying with him at the moment, and he said that we can stay with them as long as we want. if we are allowed to use his property for spouse visa application, do we have to provide housing report and land registry documents for that?

what are the chances for me to be accepted for accomodation and financial part of the application with wife's payslip and bank statment and my 3rd party supports if we apply before april 2012?

I would like to add that my wife will provide a letter from her employer that her job isd permanent and job contract. Also a job offer for me will be provided. could those help?
