Captia Immigration Bounty hunters

Now that the UKBA has done a deal with Capita to bounty hunt people who have no status does anybody know what powers these people will have?

I read somewhere but im not sure if its true that they wont have any powers of arrest or be able to detain you, they will just act like lets say Debt collection agencies harassing you by text, email or visiting your home to try and suggest you leave.
They will have about as much power as the milkman.

Does anybody have any info on this?

Surely you can stop this private company from coming to your home by a Removal of implied right of access notice?.

They are there to scare you if you have no papers so you can leave the country at your own cost.They have no immigration powers at all.

I imagine that Capita are not there to enforce, so anyone that comes knocking at the door will be Immigration Officers who will have a legal right to be on peoples property.

I reckon Capita are back office staff that are employed to track down people through letters/telephone calls etc.

Enforcement will always be dealt with by UKBA
