Applying for PBS depedent

One of my friend is planning to apply today (Main applicant) and apply tomorrow for his dependents(to save around £600), Is it possible to do that?
or will there be any issue?

I see no issues here. They are separate applications.
I have my ILR since march 2013, previously based on HSMP+Tier1 ext. All views are my own, am not a professional on immigration matters.

I did exactly the same. I have posted my application today @ 18.15pm now and would post my 1 dependant tomorrow by the Grace of God.
I have gone thru dependant guidance policy and could not find any thing against it so I think it is ok apparently and might be technically..
