Came in UK 2008, got ILR Set(P) in July 2013, when can I apply for Naturalisation?

I suppose it depends on the people you are asking. You have not mentioned what type of person you have consulted. You can ask your butcher for advice on immigration issues and your can ask a trained legal profession who specialises in immigration. Obviously you will likely get differing options.
