Tier 2 Spouse Visa

Hi ,

I got married in October 2013. I was then on Tier 1 PSW. My wife applied for a visit visa but it was rejected on the grounds that she could not prove that she would be returning back to India. We applied the second time and it was rejected because my visa was only valid for a short duration and also again because she could not prove that she would be returning back to India.

I am now transferring from Tier 1 PSW to Tier 2 General (Employer Sponsored) Visa.

My question is will the previous rejections have any affect on my wife's visa application process when she applies as a dependent??

the previous refusals for visitor visas will have no bearing on the PBS dependant visa application but they must be declared (not declaring them would amount to deception and would result in a refusal and a ban)
