Long term visa / ILR for parents residing in India

Post by bhushk » Fri Nov 15, 2013 4:45 pm

Hi,
I am exploring options for Long term visa or ILR for my parents living in India.
Both my parents are below 65. They are financially dependent on me. I have a sister is in India but she is married .
My father is physically handicapped and mother has arthritis .
I am on ILR and financially I can support them.
Do you think , I have a valid case and bring my parents to UK ?
Please let me know , if you need any details.

Thanks & Regards,
BK

Unfortunately very little chance under UK law. See Older dependent relatives.

Once you are British then consider the EEA route/Singh.
