Has my uk spouse visa been denied or accepted? Please help!

Hello, I've spent hours online trying to figure out if my UK spouse visa has been accepted or denied. I received an email saying this:
Dear Applicant,

A decision has been made on your UK visa application. Your application will be dispatched shortly from the visa processing centre in Sheffield, UK.

Your passport will be dispatched from the Sheffield Office and will be delivered by UPS. Your UPS tracking number is xxxxxxxxxxxx and a signature is required in order to complete delivery. Do not reply, this is an automated message

and it says that only email notifications that are automated are acceptance ones, and that if I had been refused they would have sent me a refusal email written manually. I can't believe they wrote to me but didn't tell me if it's accepted or not. Also, if I were denied, wouldn't they keep my documents in case I wanted to appeal? Any current information about visas will help! Thanks!

You will know when you receive your documents.It may be granted ,but can just as easily be refused.

Yeah, but my point is that I haven't seen anything about a "decision made" automatic message anywhere online where the person was not granted their visa. On this forum there is 17 pages of people saying they received the identical email I did, and not 1 person was ever refused their visa.
