Hi,
We have to apply for ILR on 10 year long residence. but confused about the English test. Please can anyone help on this matter
1. I did ESOL Level 2 adult learning skills for life but this does not include citizenship. Can I submit this for the English requirement?
2. One child did a-levels, can his a-levels certificates or the GCSE's English Literature certificate be used instead?
3. One child is in his first year of UNI, can we get letter from Uni in this regard?
Before we tried to do English Speaking & Listening from Trinity college but they need only Original passports for ID( they told that rule has changed in April 2014 & cannot accept any other ID not even the attested copy of passports).
Our case is already in home office on appeal, should we request them to send back our passports for English test ( as was told by the Trinity College)
We already passed LIUK test using our driving licences as our IDs.
What could be our options for the English test requirement.
