Urgent - Form AN mistake

Hi,

I submitted my form AN last week. I realized that i entered the wrong ILR granted date in question 1.3.

Instead of putting ILR granted date, i written down my birth date.

I submitted my form via NCS and my payment was debit as well. I got the receipt from UKBA yesterday.

What shall i do to rectify this problem.

Kindly help me i am in big trouble.

I would recommend to get in touch with NCS and inform the council. I am very surprised to know that NCS suppose to check all that and that's why you paid them.

You should get soon HO acknowledgment letter which will have your reference number and the address of HO. I suggest you write to them explaining your mistake.
Don't worry, this is not a problem.

I contacted Dudley NCS through which I applied. And they said that they did notice the mistake and changed it to proper date.

Lets hope that she is not lying.

Look forward for approval letter.
