Hi There,

I have the same case with my ILR...I came on 25th Oct 2009 but my stamping date is 16th Oct 2009...So Am I eligible 28 days before 16th Oct 2014?

Also I need guidance in filling SET(O) form...IN SET(O) form, There is date which we have to mentioned i.e. Date when you entered in the UK and that will be 25th Oct 2009 in my case....So where will I put 16th Oct 2009 date in SET(O) form?

Thanks in advance.

Regards,
Raj

You are eligible from 28 days before 16th Oct 2009 and need to mention actual entering date (25th Oct 2009)
No need to fill first visa granted date anywhere. They will calculate themselves.

Thanks for this confirmation.

But still have two more questions as below

1. I have Statement of Comparability letter from NARIC for my bachelor degree.. so still I need to take B1 level exam (English assessment)????

2. Is there any cover letter required with SET(O) form???? If yes then what kind of cover letter require for ILR application?

Regards,
Raj

1. UK NARIC + medium of instruction
2.The cover letter is an optional. However, if you provide any cover letter, it would be nice for case worker.
It is as usual and there is no difference in terms of cover letter preparation.
