English language for ilr application on bsis of tier 1 gener

Hi
As I am not very clear about english test
I am about to apply for ILR on completion of 5 years in Tier 1 General category. Could anyone know if i need to submit fresh english language test at B1 level with my ILR application?

If you don't have UK Bachelor or Master degree
or
If you have foreign degree on which you are not getting 20 points for qualification and minimum 10 points for english language in PBS calculator then answer of your question is yes you have to provide the fresh evidence for your english language.

I have studied the details on the links you provided
Please note that i am claiming 30 points for my masters degree obtained outside uk and also i claimed 10 points for english in my initial application as well as in my extension application
So in this case i dont need to do english language test again?

Check your qualification in PBS calculator if Point base calculator awarding you minimum 20 points for qualification and 10 points for english language then you need only PBS print out and Degree certificate to prove your English language.

Hi Guys

Just need a bit further info on the question asked earlier. The PBS calculator on UKBA site doesnt anymore show the Tier 1 General in drop down list. How is everyone who has claimed english points earlier going to prove in ILR Application that he has proved this during entry application.

For e.g. in my case, during the initial application i made in 2010 I made to UKBA for Tier 1, my college was in the drop down list of universities and hence it automatically calculated points for english. however now, would someone be able to advice what is expected for this scenario if i have to apply for ILR.
