Lost BRP card in India

Hi,
One of my friend lost her BRP card while she was in India. This happened just 2 days back. Now how can she claim that back while she's in India or how can she enter in UK with out BRP card? Currently her visa status is Tier-1 General dependent and got visa extended few months back, while main applicant has got ILR 5-6 months back.

Any advice on this case would be highly appreciated. Thanks in advance.

She must report it lost and apply for a replacement BRP visa (which is a single entry visa as far as I understand).
