Visit visa for mother and sister

Hi
I am British citizen, want to apply my mother and sister UK visit visa from Pakistan.
I don’t have enough funds to sponsor, can my other sister (works in Qatar as a Doctor) sponsor them, explaining that she will sponsor their trip to UK.
Whether it will be fine or I need to show my funds only?

Most importantly, your mother needs to submit evidence of strong ties to her home country in order to convince the Entry Clearance Officer that she wont overstay in the UK. This requires documented proof of her financial self-sufficiency in Pakistan, and other evidence such as property ownership, dependant relatives etc.

She will have to show that there are stronger reasons for her to return to Pakistan than she has to remain with you.

Not admissible. See below from the Home Office sponsor form:
"The sponsor giving this undertaking must be resident in the United Kingdom"
