PSW and new Highly Skilled Migrant Changes

I am coming to the end of my PSW visa in September and was hoping to transition into the HSMP as was promised by the government.

Now I see that they are changing the HSMP so that you can only get on it if you have a Master's and earn over 20K. How do people think this will affect us?

but still ....if the unemployment rises, they will surely change their mind and stop the whole scheme.....god help us that they dont....
