I have an English language test that is 3 years old now (it doesn't have expiration date). I submitted it with my FLR(M) application 2.5 years ago. The application was approved, I was put on 10 year route under GEN 3.2, as article 8 was triggered. The decision letter says "You do not meet the requirements for the route you applied for under the family and private life rules. This is because you fail to meet the immigration requirements".
Does that count as test result that was "part of successful previous application" under paragraph 32D of Appendix FM-SE? The decision letter from the Home Office doesn't explicitly confirm that financial & language requirements were met, even though I submitted all bank statements/payslips & English language certificate then.
Or does successful decision under GEN 3.2 mean that they haven't looked at my English test certificate at all and it's not considered part of successful application?
