Hey

I have got a question here as i think im in the same line as you.. i Was on a permanent job then i moved into to different job as a contractor since 2007.
Im goin through an Agent & get paid through my nominated accounts firm , who looks after the income tax etc.. . Now i have got an Letter from my Agent stating that im in this job since 2007. Also i have got all the paysliips(for the last 1 year ) & summary of the tax details (for the last 1 year ) from my Accounts firm which im goin to submit along with my application form. As of your experience , Do you think are these documents , which i mentioned here, sufficent enough to put forward OR do i require any more Documents ? Of course, im submitting my bank statements for the last 1 year.

Really appriciate your reply.

Thanks.

Roop,

No need of your Agency letter to prove you are employed. A detailed letter from your accounting company/Accountant about your monthly or yearly income and tax details. Your personal bank account statement (one year) matching with your accountant's statements and the business bank account if you have one. I have Attached account statement from HMRC (you can request by phone to HMRC) for the personal tax I paid. No need of payslips since you are self employed.

(lease correct if I am wrong)

Good luck.

What documents required for ILR applications if the person is working as a director of his own limited company (instead of sole proprietor or partnership firm)

Thanks
