Tier 1 Dependant money, time, and support documents

Hi ALL,
please advise:
I live in UK for more that 5 years and my wife for more than three we got married(in Church of England) more than year ago and applied inside UK so she can join my tier 1 as my dependant – but got refusal. Now she need go home and apply from there.
How much money do I need to show 800+533 = 1333?
And which exactly support documents she need to show?
From your experience how long it takes to get visa from date of applying?

Sponser letter from main applicant
Maintenance funds for 3months 800+533 right..
marriage certificate
accomodation proof (not required but good to have)
passportcopy (dont forget mainly the Visa page) of main applicant
application form
photos
