I had sent my HSMP application in September 2005. My case was processed and application accepted. My documents were despatched on October 26, 2005. That is the success story.
My documents never reached me. I am in Rawalpindi, Pakistan. I was told to wait three months before I will be issued a duplicate. After waiting three months I phoned and emailed HSMP about the missing documents.
Now my case worker wants proof from the postal services that I have not received my documents. Anybody had similar experience. What kind of document do these HSMP people need.
I had given resignation from my job in anticipation. (I had to give a three month notice which ended Jan 29, 2006). I have lost all my documents and now HSMP wants something which might not be possible as the package was sent via ordinary airmail with no records.
How can any one admit or deny that I have received a package.
