PLEASE HELP (Dependent Tier 1)!!!

Hello,

I am on Tier 1 visa since July 2010 and am self employed.I got married last month and my husband is also on Tier 1.He is planning to apply for dependent visa this month from India.I needed help with following queries:

1) I changed from Tier 2 to tier 1 in July 2010.I am self employed and dont get any payslips.I will be paying my tax only in July 2011 as advised by H& M dept.Ni contributions paid every month.Would my job contract, offer letter,and employment letter be sufficient for dependent visa without tax return??
2) I am in UK for 3 years now so the maintnence fund of £800(self)+£533(dependent) be sufficient
3) As my husband is applying from India so do I need original barclays statements to be stamped as well??
4) My passport is expiring in april and I have new passport.Do I have to submit photocopies of old and new passport as I still have to transfer my visa to new passport.

You do not need to get your visa transfered to your new passport, when traveling just keep both passports with you. and yes you will have to provide copy of both your new passport and one with your current leave on
