Depending on your discretion attachment before submission, this is possible. I was in a similar situation in 2014 and was granted ILR then close to 5 months to clocking 10 years after submitting my discretion documents. Now a BC and settled. My wifes application changed to decided today 19th of October, 2017 around 15:00 hours.
It took exactly 4 months from 17th of June submission.
All glory to God. Waiting for approval letter, invitation for ceremony and passport now.
