I think there was a batch upload to this system of the 25th May. Mine shows the same, and others too. Or I might be wrong. Awaiting a decision too.

Mine said "Decided" on 16th May but until today I have not received any letter (it says I should receive a decision within 10 working days).

Thinking about all the approvals in Jan and Feb 2017 which got their letters in less than 2 weeks; i'm getting worried that it may be a rejection as it's been more than 2.5 weeks since decision has been made.

I doubt this service is for Naturalization applications as the title suggests "check your visa or immigration application status".

Would like to know if someone has used this service to track their naturalization application.

bruteforce, just follow the form and you will see it applies to naturalization applications too, which is dealt with by the Visa and Immigration office.

i checked mine it says ref not found i tried ref no and case ID both same result for nationality

The 25th May date looks like a blanket date. I was also taken aback a little by the person whose theirs reads decision made since 16th May. I was hoping I only needed to wait just a week longer for the decision to be made.

I believe 25th May is a date when they made a batch upload of applications, as many people are getting the same status.

Definitely worked on my naturalisation application. I used my case ID and also got awaiting a decision from 25 May. Tried with my residence permit number and it couldn't find it.
