Tier 2 General: traveling without BRP?

Hi all, I've waited for 10 days but have yet to get my biometrics. So I've contacted ukba using www.gov.uk/brp And had been told that the brp had been delivered by DX and signed by my name on 24 Aug. There's no one in my flat on the 24 Aug and I've confirmed it multiple times. Do anyone face similar ...

Healthcare surcharge queries

I am a Tier 2 General Visa holder sponsored by my existing company. I've just renewed my visa on Oct 2016 with another 3 years Tier 2 General ending on July 2019. For the renewal, I've already paid for my Healthcare Surcharge cost about £550 for the 3 years renewal. My question is, if I'm moving on ...

Re: Tier 2 General Dependant Visa

Thanks for the reply. On question (3). My only concern is i'm having a Tier 2 General visa expiring 10 Apr 2019 and I should be able to apply for ILR around Sep 2018. So if I send home all the documentation for my wife to apply for her dependant visa, she'll get her dependant visa expiring on 10th ...

Tier 2 General Dependant Visa

I've been working in the UK using Tier 2 General visa and I can apply for my ILR end of next year. My current employer had just renewed my visa for 2 years which is more than enough to get my ILR and I would like to help my wife to apply for a dependant visa which she's currently in Singapore at the ...
