I received my documents back after 15 days of withdrawal, infact the withdrawal letter was immediately typed after 2 days of my request. Also, at the airport the immigration officer didn't ask a single question about overstay and did make a note saying that I left the country, he was quite polite ...

@SPaul : The case worker is wrong, you will be self employed only if you are registered with HMRC as sole trader or self employed, but being a director of a company doesn't make you self employed. You are the employee/director and share holder of the company, technically speaking a self employed can ...

No, I haven't sent any urgent treatment form. I don't trust Royal Mail, I have come across many posts where the applicants either lost their documents or received very late. Also , there is no tracking system and HSMP wouldn't take any responsibility. Calling them!!! I have tried yesterday, waited ...

What about bank statements? If you have 12 months IT returns as well as Payslips than thats fine.

It would be better to submit your bank statements for the 12 m period. Please note supply b/s only if your payslips match with your b/s and showing your employer name

They see overall score which is 6 or above. Even if you score 2 in Speaking and still your overall score is 6 or above you still meet the eligibility. Try hard to get as many points as possible. Try to keep as simple as possible but do provide all supporting docs for the points you are claiming.

Also, note that CW calculates points based on the info we provide. Althogh its not neccessary but I would advice to go for as many points possible to be on a safer side.

EC - FUNDS AVAILABLE

Hi All

Just thought an idea of what would be an ideal figure to show as Funds a
vailable. Please vote and also mention the account balance you have shown
and whether the EC was approved or rejected.

example : 6K GBP - EC Rejected etc.

This would give us a clear picture.

Many Thanks
