Tier1 HS dependent status

Hi,
Need an advise. I am on Tier1 HS entrepreneur visa. I am going to switch to ILR in September 2020.
What will be my dependents status. Her visa is valid till 2022. Does she need to apply again or can we wait till 2022.

Home office said "we accept that you have created one full time paid job for A as a marketing executive. You have also provided evidence for five further employees, H , M, E, Aa, and L, admin officer's. for employees H, M, E, and Aa we are only able to calculate a total of 11 months full time ...

refusal need urgent help

hi, we have had a refusal of tier 1 ent extension visa on the grounds that our second employment was of 11 months, however we have had a part time employee at that time who worked for 4 months. home office said that they cannot consider this part time job. can anyone please advice on what grounds we ...

I haven't got any letter or correspondence from home office yet regarding grant of extension. So they refund one year fee before giving extension.

I submitted my Tier 1 (Ent) extension application 4 months ago. Application fee and 3 years IHS fee. Home office returned 1 years IHS fee. What does it mean? Why they returned it.
