If any one is able to answer my questions that would be great. I am collating the evidence for HSMP and I am having anxiety attacks about having it rejected for a simple oversight.
1) I am in australia. We have compulsory employer contributions of superannuation. this is included in our total salary package, but listed separately to "salary". Should I include this amount of Superannuation in my previous earnings section. It does appear on my pay slips which I am able to provide.
2) Drivers license - I am unable to provide this as I must carry it with me when driving. Does a notaried copy of passport mean a copies endorsed by a Justice of the Peace?? Do I need to include a drivers license if I already have my Birth certificate? The checklist in the application package suggests so. But the main text says otherwise. Confusing.
3) I have a letter from employer, every pay slip for the 12 months. I have a tax return (employer group certificate) for the first 2 months of that period as it was a different financial year, but I will not receive my next tax documents (remaining 10 months) in time to send my application when I need to. Is this a valid reason to not submit the tax return?
If someone canplease help that would ease a lot of stress for me.
thank you
