It is highly unlikely that your HSMP application would have been assigned to a caseworker in such a short time (applied last week). And even if it is assigned to one, it is going to be difficult for you to contact "your casworker" unless the caseworker initiates a dialogue / correspondence with you for some reason. Most likely, you'll not get beyond the contact center employee. Where should one send additional information / documentation wrt an HSMP application is available on the BIA website so this excuse might not get you through to the caseworker.

Read the 3rd FAQ at the bottom of the above webpage. You will find the address where should send the additional information / documentation.
And don't forget to mention your HSMP reference number in the cover letter. If you haven't received ref. no. as yet, wait for it to arrive before you send any additional documentation, otherwise you might end up losing them altogether.
