How to get details of Caseworker

Post by streetsmart123 » Mon Jun 02, 2008 4:09 pm

I applied Under HSMP last week and recieved an email confirming the receipt. How should I know who is the case worker on my case?
Is there a number to call and find out or will the Office email me with the details? Appreciate help on this.

Thanks
Amir.

Why do you want to know the name of your caseworker?

I don't want the name of caseworker, but want their contact details, coz I have a few documents to send across (paystubs) which I received from my company. Originally Isubmitted the company letter and bank statements , but Know I want to even submit my Paystubs.
So wanted to know how to get the case worker's details, so that I can call them or write an email and let them know about it.

Thanks for your help.

It is highly unlikely that your HSMP application would have been assigned to a caseworker in such a short time (applied last week). And even if it is assigned to one, it is going to be difficult for you to contact "your casworker" unless the caseworker initiates a dialogue / correspondence with you for some reason. Most likely, you'll not get beyond the contact center employee. Where should one send additional information / documentation wrt an HSMP application is available on the BIA website so this excuse might not get you through to the caseworker.

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/worki ... /sendform/
Read the 3rd FAQ at the bottom of the above webpage. You will find the address where should send the additional information / documentation.

And don't forget to mention your HSMP reference number in the cover letter. If you haven't received ref. no. as yet, wait for it to arrive before you send any additional documentation, otherwise you might end up losing them altogether.

Thanks hsmpinuk70,

I received the reference number. I requested my employer to send the Pay slips which they did but since its processed by third party it does not have the Company's logo.

My Pay roll manager, notarized, signed and send it to me.
do you think this should work fine.

thanks

if it has ben signed by payrol, its fine. it doesnt necesarily have to be on letter head. standard UK pay slips are acceptable
