If you applied after your visa expiry then you cannot benefit from Section 3C protection. This way you become an overstayer from the last visa expiry without any right to work in the UK until you regularise your stay

Hi Is any problem to apply after 1 day after visa expired?? As per HO guidelines I applied within 14 days and also my families are legal in UK
Is any possibility for visa rejection or admin review in my case??

Oh there are many problems associated with applying 1 second after your BRP expires.

Your right to work in the UK expired with your BRP. Right now, you can't and shouldn't be working anymore.
Visa extension could be rejected.

There could be a Tsunami of problems coming your way now! I hate to be the bearer of bad news.
Not sure why you waited. If you could apply the day after, you could also have applied on the last day.
No sin in failing, you just have to try and try again!

You can make a valid out-of-time application within 14 days of becoming an overstayer but you remain an overstayer with no right to work. An out-of-time application does not grant you lawful residence

If you stll have s valid visa, try make an in time application, the complications that may arise with an out of time application is not what you want.

They also expect a good reason on why the application was late.
