Are you Lithuanian or Swedish? (in other posts you mention Sweden).

Anyhow...

1) Doubtful - each country is sovereign & independent

2) Doubtful - unless you somehow let them know either intentionally or accidentally at some time.

3) You can't just change your name 'on the fly'. You would have to follow a legal process to change your name if you expect to use that name to apply for a passport.
That will create a papertrail which is potentially traceable.
It probably also depends on how hard someone is searching.

Don't forget it's very hard not to leave a papertrail & digital footprint, at least in the first world...

Do you ever plan to return to your home or former countries?
Stupid & government agencies & police agencies do share & exchange certain data on citizens.
Think of departure control systems, Interpol watchlists etc.
There are also public & published databases such as voter registration lists & public records offices.

There are rules about changing your name on British passports.

Generally all the names on all your travel documents (including all uncancelled foreign passports) must be the same. Women, who have different names in different cultures or by law in different countries, have major issues with getting British passports in different names.

The Home Office will require your Lithuanian/Swedish/Syrian/any other uncancelled passport to ensure that the name is consistent across all of them.

So, the Lithuanian government will not be notified of a change of name on a British passport because it will be issued in the same name as that on the Lithuanian passport.

Also, for security reasons, I would not be surprised if such information is shared with other countries within the EU.
