Hello member's/Guru's
Hope you guys are doing well, I am a bit confused need your advice on my ILR Application
My initial visa was granted on 20th March 2014
Granted Extension on 10th Nov 2017
My Employment
Emp 1 (FT 5 months - 2/10/2018 - present
EMP 2 (FT 5 months)
1/06/2018 -
30/10/2018
Employee 3 (9 months pt 20 hours)
1/11/2017
30/07/2017
Employee 4 (16 hrs PT 3 months)
1/12/2017
28/02/2018
Employee 5 (FT 6 months)
1/12/2017-
30/05/2018
Emp 6 (2 months part time 20 hrs)
1/10/2018-30/11/2018
I have couple of questions
1) Can I claim employment for waiting period ( 20th march - 10th Nov )
2) Is my employment enough If I apply 2nd of April with that presently working one FT employee in Company ?
3) I have 3 penalty point's on my license, do I have to mention that..??
(Use of Hand held device on 1st Jan 15)
4) I was denied Canada student visa 10 years ago do I have to mention that on Set 0
Regards,
Many thanks in advance

1) Can I claim employment for waiting period ( 20th march - 10th Nov )
No. Only employment created/maintained after grant of extension counts towards ILR
2) Is my employment enough If I apply 2nd of April with that presently working one FT employee in Company ?
You should be. You need 104 weeks of full time employment.
You can only use the transitional arrangements if you apply before 6th April
3) I have 3 penalty point's on my license, do I have to mention that..??
(Use of Hand held device on 1st Jan 15)
No. Only court convictions
4) I was denied Canada student visa 10 years ago do I have to mention that on Set 0
If asked declare it, it will have no effect

Employee start job mentioned wrong

Hi Members/Guru's
I have mentioned start date of employee as 10th Nov 2017 (Extension Approval date) instead of actual start dates March 2016/May 2017.
I did a mistake as i thought I was claiming points from 10th Nov 2017 so I mentioned that as a start date , should I mention this in the covering letter, with the actual start dates and FPS.
Or Submit a new application and pay again..??
Regards,

Hi Members/Guru's
I have mentioned start date of employee as 10th Nov 2017 (Extension Approval date) instead of actual start dates March 2016/May 2017.
Its not important..as long as you've created 104 weeks of employment.

If you've applied after 29/03/19
You'll have to describe the roles of the jobs.
10th Nov 2017
Job 1
Project Engineer 1
Emp 1 FT
02/10/2018 - continuing = 6
Job 2
Project Engineer 2
EMP 2 FT
01/06/2018 -30/10/2018 = 5
Job 3
Project Engineer 3
Emp 5 FT
1/12/2017- 30/05/2018 = 6
17 Months
Job 4
Admin 1
Emp 3
PT / 20 hours
01/11/2017-30/07/2018 = 9
JOB 5
Admin 2
Emp 4
PT /16 hrs
01/12/2017- 28/02/2018 =3
JOB 6
Admin 3
Emp 6
PT /20 hrs
01/10/2018- 30/11/2018 =2
You've combined Job 4 with 5 & 6 i-e 5 months and ur combining the 4 months of Job 4 with itself to = 2 months
17+5+2= 24 months
Confirm the above? dates? Ive corrected it coz this emp 3 = 01/11/2017-30/07/2017 isn't possible.

Yes I did submit my application with 6 job title as you mentioned above.
Sorry typo 01/11/2017-30/07/2017 its 2017-2018.
If you've applied after 29/03/19
You'll have to describe the roles of the jobs.
Do I have to mention it in Covering Letter.??
Or any other means.??

Im a bit confused now after seeing ur job creation.
The online form is not available to me so Im gonna go on the template within the guidance:
Have you stated 10/11/17 as "Date post created"?
Have you stated each employees "start date in Job" 10/11/17?
Have you combined Job 4 with 5 & 6 i-e 5 months and ur combining the 4 months of Job 4 with itself to = 2 months?

ILR applicants applying on or after 29/03/19 are required to submit:
Table 6
1.(c) regardless of whether the applicant is self-employed, a director or member, they must also provide:
(i) an overview of the business’s activity, including an explanation of the goods or services it provides to its customers or clients; and
(ii) the applicant’s job title and job description, setting out their role within the company, how they are implementing their business plan and what their main tasks and responsibilities are in running the business on a day-to-day basis.
2.(c) confirmation of the employment start date, job title,
job description, hours paid per pay period and the hourly rate for each settled worker relied upon, including any changes to the same and the dates of those changes;

Yes.. a cover letter should suffice for the above and any amendments you wish to make.
I’m not sure if I can help you with describing ur jobs otherwise..
I sent an amended job creation table after submission.
I also drew a table to confirm all the changes to the wage rates and no of hours.
If I had to do it now I would add a row/column for the job description..

Yes. But I would suggest adding CT41G and/or CT600(tax return)
No P45/P46.
No invoices.. not required.
You can upload the documents before ur biometrics appointment at Sopra.
Go over ur cover letter a few times before you upload it please!
