I am applying for a UK fiance visa to join my fiance who is a British Citizen.
1) After trying hard for nearly two months we were able to get a letter from his employer confirming his employment. But I am confused about whether it has all the information required. Can anyone please confirm it for my peace of mind!

2) He has working hours per week as you can see in that letter and he gets paid holidays per year, but his wages differ each month as he works for more hours and is paid at an hourly rate. He believes he is a salaried employee and says that is how people in the support care industry are being paid. But I think they would consider him as non-salaried as his wages differ per month; In this scenario which option should, I select among these to be on a safer side?
