Hi Everyone!
I’ve been one of the silent readers on this forum. I just thought to share my story.

• Came into the Uk as visitor in 2016.
• Denied entry and was detained for two months straight from the airport. Was released temporarily. Pending the result of JR.
• JR refused. I was told to leave.
• Stopped reporting August 2016.
• Had my son(British)April 2018
• Put in my application(via solicitor) October 2018
• Additional documents requested April 15th
• Additional document sent April 25th.
• Decision: May 1st 2019
• Outcome: Approved
• Document: All documents returned including my passport which was taken from me at the airport.
• Took 6months, 3weeks and 4days. I was told it’d take one year but I kept saying mine would take less than a year(backed it up with prayers too)

I have been broken, sad and unhappy at some point but my son and God kept me going. Never lose hope and keep praying guys. May God who did this for me, do the same for those still waiting IJN🙏
Pls is possible to hint me the following additional documents requested from you. Thanks
They requested for proof that my child lives with me. So I went to my gp and got a letter that states that i bring him to the surgery for his immunisations and that he lives with me. That was all I sent. I sent only the letter from my gp and I got approval letter(and all other documents. Brp card inclusive) 3days after they received the letter.

Finally, after 5 years of waiting and living in limbo I got 30months visa.
I lost my career, my ambition but I try to start a new beginning.
Good luck for those are waiting.

It took 9 months.

Application flr fp married to British partner
Few application refused and sent free application
Application submitted by post 15th October 2018
Biomatirc done 10th of November
Put on reporting conditions again
They sent me a letter said our record show you your asylum is outstanding and we can’t consider simultaneously two applications.
I wrote to them before to withdraw my asylum I want to proceed my JR that time .and didn’t attend any of the interview for asylum.they ask if you want withdrow your asylum sigh this form and send it to us which is I did.

Don’t know what will be the decision
But application we submitted we put all the evidence which they refused me last time on it and also qualify minimum 18600 requirements too.
As one know are they will give me right of appeal in case of any refusal this time

You cannot change it now. You will need to wait to hear back from HO.

I recently submitted my FLR FP extension based on private life using online service and my application said the processing time was 8 weeks. Anyone with any experience able to let me know if that's an accurate time frame? I'd love to know if they can live up to an 8 week response time.

Hi I had letter from my case worker couple of weeks a go and I have asylum pending so we can’t consider two applications
And said if you wish to withdraw your asylum sign the withdrawal form which I did and sent it to them.but my asylum they refused Because I didn’t go for the main interview and wrote to them treated as withdraw that time JR was pending. And after JR refusel within 6-7 days I sent fresh application included my wife payslips English text and marriage certificate lots of other supporting documents.
I went for reporting and they told me to wait I though I will be detain but after 15mins they told me you are free to go and come for next reporting. I am confused why they told me to stay this is because they were checking there is any application pending and how long it will take my flr fp application

Hi
I have shared my story already with u guys
Just have an update
Went to ftt today
They told me that I am in float list & I need to wait a bit
I waited 1 hour they called me
At 10:55
I went to court room it was very small room with few chairs
They judge was a young man sitting on the top of the table
He said hey how r u
I
Said good morning to him (very nervous I was )
He said to HO lawyer to start
The person said on my face no questions
I was like wat ?????
The he ask my lawyer about the thing
She also said no comments
He was very confused
He said to HO lawyer why did u refuse his application
Then the guy start talking & saying that he’s been in uk on bail he’s found reporting he’s overstayed & he should go back to India & gain EC from there
The judge asked me
Do u want to go back ?
I said no
There is no home to go to
Then the judge ask me about my 8yrs in uk
Which was approx 20 min & 30 questions
Then they ask me why u want to stay
I tell him about my wife’s condition
Onothet 10 min & 15 question
The HO guy was quiet
Then he smiled & tell me to go & sit at
Back
Then they called my wife
Ask them similar questions
95% of which
Were matching
Then hO guy said my wife that who pays my fees when I
Was student in 2014 she
Was quiet for a while & then said my(me ) Freinds
The judge said if ur husband was taking financial help from the freinds why were they not invited to the marriage party & she replied we did our marriage very quietly
He said okie
Ask her about 50 questions
Why u don’t want him to go ?? & stuff
The called my in laws (over 75 )
Called an interpreter ask them questions about my wife’s treatment & hows my nature with them
They said perfect answer
Then he called me again
& said the ho guy to start
He took 5 min & explain why this needs to dismiss
Then out barrister takes 5 min to explain why it is allowed
Then he said I will try to
Give a fair decisions within few weeks
& tell my wife not to worry & take care
It all
Took 1.5 hrs
I came outside & ask my barrister
She’s said mr to be calm & pray for the best

Let’s c wat
Will
Happen
Few means how many
Weaks ???????

My case history same as you but my wife is born British mean.
Now I am waiting for the home office decision hopefully this month I will hear some thing

Came here in 2011 June student
Applied tier 4 extension in March 2014
Tier 4 granted to January 2016
But college revoked and my tier 4 visa curtailed in December and got 60 days in that 60 days I tried to get admission in university but that time wasn’t admission session so went for flr and it’s refused in March 2015 i had appeal right then all appeal right exhausted
In 2017 April
Submitted fresh application and we married in August 2017
Application refused in December 2017 but I was doing reporting but they gave me refusel on 6th of March.we sent another application as married partner but we were gathering more proof and solicitor didn’t send mairrage certificate and the refused my application in two days without biomatrics and acknowledgement and without right of appeal. .i was detained on 20th of March and they were trying to put me in charter to deport me at same day I claim asylum and my removal differed.
We went for JR and they released me on the 28th of March and told me to go for screening interview which I did and later asked me for main interview for asylum but we wrote to them I want withdraw my asylum my JR is pending.they refused asylum and letter sending me again asylum letters.mt JR refused we sent another application but completed proof also with English text and wife 18600 wage slips.
They send me couple of weeks ago another letter for as
Asylum interview.and my case worker sent a letter my flr fp application letter said your asylum is pending and we can’t consider simultaneously both if you want withdraw the asylum sign the form which I did or if you want withdraw your flr fp application write to us but I sent asylum withdrawal.
Now don’t know what will happen
