I did fee waiver for mine nd it's was accepted
Hi Alaga247, what are the requirements to apply for fee waiver, please can you list the basic things, my appeal was refused in March and I re-appeal to the upper tribunal. We were very positive about the appeal but couldn't win, so have no positive hopes about the upper tribunal decision as well, in case I want to prepare for a fresh application,
My husband has two bank accounts
We both don't work as we don't have no visa
But my husbands family helps us
We are renting a property, Pay the rent and bills, manage to do by sharing with friends,
If they look into the bank can see the rent and other direct debits paying off,
For 4 people to do a new application will have to find 4x1033 visa fees
4x1000 IHS
1200 for solicitor
Almost 10,000 pounds
Can you please advise me, so I can prepare by the time it gets refused in case
Thank you
Sorry am only seeing this now
For fee waiver u need to show proof that family and friends are supporting your as the family member need to write later but I will advice u meet a solicitor as u will need to fill the fee waiver form and u will see all that are requested for...if u can give me your contact I can message u direct as I don't come on here often thanks and goodluck

Hi
I have shared my story already with u guys
Just have an update
Went to ftt today
They told me that I am in float list & I need to wait a bit
I waited 1 hour they called me
At 10:55
I went to court room it was very small room with few chairs
They judge was a young man sitting on the top of the table
He said hey how r u
I
Said good morning to him (very nervous I was )
He said to HO lawyer to start
The person said on my face no questions
I was like wat ?????
The he ask my lawyer about the thing
She also said no comments
He was very confused
He said to HO lawyer why did u refuse his application
Then the guy start talking & saying that he’s been in uk on bail he’s found reporting he’s overstayed & he should go back to India & gain EC from there
The judge asked me
Do u want to go back ?
I said no
There is no home to go to
Then the judge ask me about my 8yrs in uk
Which was approx 20 min & 30 questions
Then they ask me why u want to stay
I tell him about my wife’s condition
Onothet 10 min & 15 question
The HO guy was quiet
Then he smiled & tell me to go & sit at
Back
Then they called my wife
Ask them similar questions
95% of which
Were matching
Then hO guy said my wife that who pays my fees when I
Was student in 2014 she
Was quiet for a while & then said my(me ) Freinds
The judge said if ur husband was taking financial help from the freinds why were they not invited to the marriage party & she replied we did our marriage very quietly
He said okie
Ask her about 50 questions
Why u don’t want him to go ?? & stuff
The called my in laws (over 75 )
Called an interpreter ask them questions about my wife’s treatment & hows my nature with them
They said perfect answer
Then he called me again
& said the ho guy to start
He took 5 min & explain why this needs to dismiss
Then out barrister takes 5 min to explain why it is allowed
Then he said I will try to
Give a fair decisions within few weeks
& tell my wife not to worry & take care
It all
Took 1.5 hrs
I came outside & ask my barrister
She’s said mr to be calm & pray for the best

Let’s c wat

It should be allowed though
I know some people their appeal is allowed.
Is your first application they give you right of appeal or you had any previous application refused ?

Hi all
I am a regular visitor on this forum since last 2 years.

I want to share my story:

Came as a student 2004
Wife came 2008 as a dependent
Born our first child 2008 july
Tier 4 student visa refused 2011 as toiec issue
Second child born at 2014
Apply child 7 year route 2015 also refused by home office and court as well
Apply for my first child British citizenship 10 year living in uk basis, and granted for British citizenship
Then our solicitor advised us not to apply our rest other family members together because of my toeic issues.
So my wife and my second 5 year old child apply for flr (fp) parents route. They went for one day supper priority service and they granted 2.5 year visa in following days.
After they got visa then i applied myself flr(fp) parent route, in also one day supper priority service last 4th April. But they didn't give me any decisions and send me emails about complex issues at same days.
I am still waiting for my decision. Anybody have any ideas how long it can takes or what can I do?
Many thanks

Hi Everyone!
I’ve been one of the silent readers on this forum. I just thought to share my story.

• Came into the Uk as visitor in 2016.
• Denied entry and was detained for two months straight from the airport. Was released temporarily. Pending the result of JR.
• JR refused. I was told to leave.
• Stopped reporting August 2016.
• Had my son(British)April 2018
• Put in my application(via solicitor) October 2018
• Additional documents requested April 15th
• Additional document sent April 25th.
• Decision: May 1st 2019
• Outcome: Approved
• Document: All documents returned including my passport which was taken from me at the airport.
• Took 6months, 3weeks and 4days. I was told it’d take one year but I kept saying mine would take less than a year(backed it up with prayers too)

I have been broken, sad and unhappy at some point but my son and God kept me going. Never lose hope and keep praying guys. May God who did this for me, do the same for those still waiting IJN🙏

Dose anybody know why homeoffice deliberately delay the decision on some cases???
I do not have evidence of 2 years living with my partner, we are married for about 6 years.
I have evidence of 5 years living together.

My daughter is about 4 and half years old.
My son is 2 and half years old
Both have British passport.

We meet all the requirements that they need.

Each time they found an excuse. They are playing with people's lives. As if we are not human....

I think... you should send them the council tax bill, electricity and gas bills...ask a letter from school or nursery... If your kids are not at school, you can ask from your Gp.
